"Rock", at Back Creek Books, Annapolis, MD found the following statement while reading A History of Printing in Colonial Maryland, 1686-1776 by Wroth.
He wrote that in the book, the "neighboring Virginia's royal governor, Sir William Berkeley made that comment in 1671.
To me it sounds more like the minutes of yesterday's White House Cabinet meeting??? Or perhaps the members of some right wing fundamental religious group.
