I truly luv the months post xmas

Those first couple of months post xmas, when everyone and his brother's uncle has got a first or new computer and the spam we all receive increases by about 25,000%.

If I had my way no one would be able to operate a computer on the Net until they'd had 100+ hours of training and were licensed, said licensing to certify that they'd had the required aount of training and that they swore upon their own and their mother's and their first child's lives that they would not engage in the distribution of spam or viruses or worms or other malware.

And the penalty for non-compliance will be summary execution.
